In Las Angeles on 5/22/23 in the fourth game of the series, with the Nuggets ahead 3-0, the Nuggets were down 73-58 to the Lakers. At this point in the game it looked like LeBron James would carry the Lakers to their first win of the series. With the Nuggets having won 0 championships before and the Lakers having won 16, the Nuggets had a lot of motivation which helped carry them. The Nuggets came through and won the game! Although they swept the series this game wasn’t a walk in the park. The final score was 113-111! Nuggets fans went crazy when the game ended! Even though the game was in LA, Ball Arena was still sold out. Fans sat in the stadium to watch Nuggets history being made! Some fans were even doing LeBrons famous power toss just to mock the Lakers.
