Longmont City council approved the application to put an in and out burger in at 735 Harvest Moon Drive. This location is north of Costco and towards the south corner of Kenprat. The building will have a drive through and all the normal menu options. The plot of land is a total of 1.6 acres while the building itself is 3,887 square feet. The restaurant is expected to operate seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and from 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. There is not a set date as to when the dining place will be officially open but after construction begins it will take around 8 – 9 months to finish.
