The 2024 Olympics are being held in Paris, France. Paris has a lot to do in preparing for the games, including cleaning up the Seine River and making their souvenir medals. 

Seine River Cleanup

Paris is hoping to make the Seine river a centerpiece of the sports, meaning it has to undergo some serious cleaning protocols. It will be used as a part of the opening ceremony, as well as some swimming events. 

Medals

This year’s medals have something very special about them: they contain small fragments of scraps of iron from the Eiffel Tower. This makes them very unique and noteworthy. 

You could add something about how the pieces are from renovations they did on the Eiffel Tower. I would also add something about if its a winter or summer olympics and what that means (what sports they will have)
