Michael is forced into the Hitler Youth during WWII. He and his parents are spies, forced to follow along with the cruelties of the Hitler Youth. As he works to conceal his identity he and his family help a downed Allied airmen and send the allies coded messages. Struggling to make friends and stay true to his values he learned that one of his friends has access to secret plans to Projekt 1065. Project 1065 is a prototype Nazi jet plane, these blueprints could change the outcome of the war. Michael is forced to dive deeper into the cruelties of the Hitler Youth in order to get closer to the plans. 

I loved this book! It was a great view into what was happening in Germany during WWII. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has any interest in WWII or historical fiction. The author did a great job at ingraining WWII facts into a captivating story.
