Recently, my family and I went to the new Wonka movie in theaters. It is a great movie for both younger and older audiences, and is a good spin off of the original. I do not enjoy musicals, which this movie is, but still found myself enjoying the film. I would recommend this movie to all ages, even if you have not seen the original. Wonka is well thought out and stars well known actors including Timothee Chalamet, as well as most of the original songs. Rotten tomatoes gave this film an 82% on the tomatometer, which is fairly high, and as someone who has seen it I would give this movie a rating of 7.5/10.
