Though I have not seen many movies recently, I have found one that sounds particularly interesting. Past Lives features a relationship between two childhood friends over the course of twenty four years. It shows how two people can separate or stay together throughout changes in each other’s lives. Though I have not seen the movie, I have read many great reviews such as the one from Rolling Stones stating how the film is “A stunning, pitch-perfect romance.” Past Lives is rated PG-13, is rated 87% from Rotten Tomatoes critics, and seems great for older children since there are some harder to understand topics. The movie includes speaking Korean, meaning viewers may have to read the subtitles. Overall, this movie seems like a good one.
