If you’re looking for an action packed movie, The Meg II – The Trench is the movie for you. The storyline follows the “only Meg left” in captivity named Haiqi, and a crew of marine life biologists who study the deep. Jonas, played by actor Jason Statham, along with Jiuming Zhang, played by Wu Jing, and Meiying, played by Sophia Cai, took an experimental dive to explore over 25,000 feet below the surface. Things took a turn for the worse, where the crew had to take risks to survive and work together. 

This movie is rated 3.8/5 stars, and is for lovers of action movies. Meg II is PG-13 due to some violent scenes and may not be appropriate for younger viewers. Overall, this movie is good although unbelievable due to avoiding water pressure and other things humans would not be able to survive, but still a good choice for an action movie.
